This picture book was written and illustrated by Emma Zhou, a 7-year-old girl. This book is about a child who borrowed a book about a pet dog from the magic library. The dog became real when the book was read. They had a great time playing together. However, the book had to be returned to the library and the dog had to disappear from real life.

    Emma loves reading, writing, and especially drawing. Emma loves to make stories and illustrate them. She makes up an imagination and thinks about something in reality. She puts them together and makes up a story about it. The themes in Emma's books include kindness, family, generosity, and magic.
