Responsibilities:
· Gather and organize information and data from different departments of the company, e.g. revenue, expenditures, and employment report, analyze data, etc.
· Collaborate with clients, employees, and executives to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
· Make recommendations for improvements on new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and/or staffing changes, etc.; communicate these recommendations to executives.
· Develop solutions for effective growth of the company based on the analysis, build efficient data ETL workflow/data models, maintain database integrity;
